Aciloc S Syrup 200ml is used as an antacid and anti-ulcerant which helps to relieve one from gastric pain and treats hyperacidity conditions associated with peptic ulcer, gastritis, reflux oesophagitis, and gastric hyperacidity. The active ingredients of Aciloc S Syrup 200ml are Magaldrate 540mg, Oxetacaine 10mg, and Simethicone 20mg/5ml.

Aciloc S Syrup 200ml is meant for oral administration. Shake the bottle well before giving. Dosage can be administered with the cap that comes along with the container.
Avoid missing or forgetting a dose. If you do, take it as soon as you remember; but if it is time for your next dose, skip it and take it according to your normal schedule. Do not consume two doses at the same time which is dangerous to your health.
Take Aciloc S Syrup 200ml as directed by your doctor or follow the instructions given on the bottle.
Avoid taking more than the prescribed dosage. In case of an accidental overdose, look for any new symptoms. If you observe any, promptly seek medical advice or report it to the nearby poison control center.

This combination medication contains antacid and anti-flatulent, prescribed for indigestion, heartburn, gas, and sour stomach.
Antacids lower stomach acid. Simethicone eases the pressure caused by gas.
It comes as a tablet and syrup to take by mouth, with or without food. The recommended dose is 5-10 mL (1-2 teaspoonfuls; 540-1080 mg).

If you have an allergy to magaldrate, simethicone, or any other part of this drug. Tell your doctor if you are allergic to any drugs. Make sure to tell about the allergy and what signs you had. This includes telling about rash; hives; itching; shortness of breath; wheezing; cough; swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat; or any other signs. If you have any of these health problems: Appendicitis, colostomy, diverticulitis, ileostomy, or ulcerative colitis.
If you think there was an overdose, call your local poison control center or ER right away. Signs of a very bad reaction to the drug. These include wheezing; chest tightness; fever; itching; bad cough; blue or gray skin color; seizures; or swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat. Very upset stomach or throwing up. Very loose stools (diarrhea). Very hard stools (constipation). Any bruising or bleeding. Any rash. Side effect or health problem is not better or you are feeling worse.
Sometimes drugs are not safe when you take them with certain other drugs and food. - Taking them together can cause bad side effects. - Be sure to talk to your doctor about all the drugs you take.
Store in a cool, dry place away from the reach of children. - Medicines must not be used past the expiry date.
