Cremaffin Plus Syrup 225ml is used as a laxative which promotes the movement of intestine and evacuation of fecal matter or bowel movement without exerting pressure to eliminate the feces and used also as a purgative which forms watery stools to relieve from constipation and rectal pain while expelling the fecal matter. This medicine also helps to neutralize the acid in the stomach. However, the uses mentioned here are not exhaustive. Composition
The active ingredients of Cremaffin Plus Syrup 225ml are Liquid Paraffin 1.25ml, Magnesium Hydroxide 3.75ml, and Sodium Picosulphate 3.33mg/5ml.
Mechanism of Action of Drugs
Magnesium Hydrochloride neutralizes hyperacidity in the stomach and also works as a laxative when taken in high doses.
Sodium Picosulphate triggers the walls of the large intestine and rectum by this the muscles contract and moves the matter of the intestine through the rectum and the colon eliminates all the feces in the intestine. This is how it relieves from constipation.

How to Use

Cremaffin Plus Syrup 225ml is meant for oral administration. Shake the bottle well before using.
Dosage can be administered with the cap that comes along with the container.
Avoid missing or forgetting a dose. If you do, take it as soon as you remember; but if it is time for your next dose, skip it and take it according to your normal schedule. Don’t consume two doses at the same time which is dangerous to your health.
