The active ingredients of Dolowin Plus Tablet are Aceclofenac 100mg and Paracetamol (also known as Acetaminophen) 500mg.
Aceclofenac is a derivative of phenylacetic acid that withholds the participation of Cyclooxygenase compound which helps in the production of prostaglandins responsible for the pain, fever, swelling, and redness.
