The active ingredients of Drotin A Tablet are Aceclofenac 100mg and Drotaverine 80mg.
Drotaverine is a spasmolytic agent which helps in smooth muscle relaxation.
Aceclofenac is a derivative of phenylacetic acid that withholds the participation of Cyclooxygenase compound. Cyclooxygenase is an enzyme that is responsible for the formation of prostanoids including thromboxane and prostaglandins.
