LivogenZ tablet contains Ferrous Fumarate (Iron), Folic Acid (vitamin B9), and Zinc Sulphate as active ingredients. Folic acid is essential to numerous bodily functions from biosynthesis of nucleotide to the remethylation of homocysteine. Folic acid is required by both children and adults to synthesize new red blood cells and prevent anemia. Iron transports oxygen to all parts of the body and maintains healthy red blood cells, thus makes an individual feel energetic and prevent anemia. Zinc is an important mineral for growth and development (especially bones and tissues).
