A to Z NS tablet is a dietary supplement enriched with high concentration of minerals, multivitamins and antioxidants to help maintain optimum health. Vitamins and minerals present in this tablet replenish the nutrient reserves of the body which aid in proper functioning of the heart, gut, nervous system, blood formation and maintains good vision. The presence of natural antioxidants in the tablet combats stress, fatigue, weakness and exhaustion, retards degenerative processes of ageing and improve body’s resistance to infections. Mechanism of Action of Drugs

Vitamins and minerals present in A to Z NS tablet replenish the nutrient reserves of the body which aid within the proper functioning of the tissues, cell growth, heart, gut, bones, nervous system, hormones, blood formation and maintains good vision, immunity. It works by slowing down the processes that damage cells, regulating the intestinal fluid transport, facilitates the synthesis of proteins and DNA in cartilage, neutralize free radicals by blocking the damage caused by them, works as an antioxidant to protect cells. It protects peripheral nerves and enhances the function and conduction of neurons in diabetes.

Contraindications and Caution

How to Use

Take A to Z NS tablet as instructed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, immediately after opening it from the strip. Do not break or crush or chew the tablet.
Avoid missing or forgetting the dose. If you do, take it as soon as you remember; but if it’s almost time for your next dose, skip it and take it according to your normal schedule. Don’t swallow two doses at the same time which is dangerous to your health.
Take the tablet once daily preferably after food to avoid stomach upset. Take the tablet at the same time every day as it helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body.
Do not change the dose or stop taking the medicine before completion of the course or without consulting your doctor. Continue to use this drug until completion of the maximum amount suggested.

Warnings and Precautions

Take A to Z NS tablet on the advice of medical practitioner. Dosage adjustments or complete avoidance of the medication may be required in the following conditions:

Kidney:

Since there is not enough reliable information about the safety of taking this medicine for renal patients, consult your doctor if you an impairment of normal kidney function and stay on the safe side.

Liver:

Since there is not enough reliable information about the safety of taking this medicine for hepatic patients, consult your doctor if you an impairment of normal liver function and stay on the safe side.

Pregnancy:

Use of this medicine in pregnancy is not considered safe in pregnant women unless the potential benefits outweigh the risks involved. Since limited information is available about the safety of taking this tablet, consult your doctor if you are pregnant.

Lactation:

This medication is passed to infants through mother’s milk. Breastfed infants should be closely monitored. Since limited information is available about the safety of taking this tablet, consult your doctor if you are nursing mother and stay on the safe side.

Alcohol:

Interaction of alcohol with this medicine is unknown. Any symptoms of abnormal reactions after taking the medicine should be reported to your doctor immediately. If you consume alcohol on regular basis, relevant dose adjustments of the medicine may be necessary depending on your clinical condition.

Driving:

This medicine does not cause drowsiness or dizziness. If you notice any abnormal reactions after taking the tablet, do not drive, operate heavy machinery or involve in any works which may demand your attention or physical strength.

Food:

There are no known food interactions with this medicine.

Drug Interactions:

All medicines interact differently for person to person. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any other medicines which includes over-the-counter drugs, herbal tonics, supplements and medicines that you buy without a prescription. Alert your doctor if you are taking A to Z NS tablet with aspirin, barbiturates, cimetidine, ciprofloxacin, antibiotics (chloramphenicol), anti-seizure drugs (phenytoin), cisplatin, altretamine, methotrexate.

Category C: Animal reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect on the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in humans, but potential benefits may warrant use of the drug in pregnant women despite potential risks.
