Alphagan P 5ML eye drops is used to treat intraocular hypertension (increased fluid pressure inside the eye caused due to excess production of aqueous humour and incapacity of your eye to drain it), open angle glaucoma (characterized by progressive damage to the optic nerve that may eventually lead to vision loss).
