Carnipill EQ Tablet is used as a supplement to treat conditions that affect the heart such as heart failure and fluid build-up in the body. It is also used to treat a lack of carnitine and other conditions related to the kidney. This tablet also promotes growth, development and repair processes of body tissues. Further, it prevents heart diseases, supports the immune system, promotes eye health and reduces the risk of cancers. However, the uses mentioned here are not exhaustive. There may be other conditions for which this medication may be used upon a doctor’s discretion.
The active ingredients of Carnipill EQ Tablet are Coenzyme Q10 100mg, Levocarnitine 500mg, Lycopene 2500mcg, Vitamin C 50mg, Vitamin E 25IU, and Zinc Sulphate 27.45mg.
Coenzyme Q10 is used to lower heart conditions such as CHF, chest pain. It also helps reduce hypertension and prevent parkinson’s disease, migraine headaches, etc.
Levocarnitine is a dietary supplement which helps to treat low levels of carnitine; aids to use chemicals in the production of energy and promotes good health.
Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant with many health benefits such as – it improves heart health, reduces certain types of cancer-causing agents etc.
Vitamin C plays a major role in the growth, development, and repair of all body tissues.
Vitamin E prevents coronary heart diseases, boosts the immune system, prevents inflammation, and promotes eye health, etc.
Zinc Sulphate helps in the development of growth and promotes the health of body tissues.

The following side effects may or may not occur during the usage of this Carnipill EQ Tablet. It is generally well tolerated when taken in the prescribed dosage guidelines. More common ones are generally mild and may include:
Do not exceed the dose prescribed by your doctor.
Swallow the tablet whole, immediately after opening it from the strip. Do not break or chew the Carnipill EQ Tablet.
Avoid missing a dose. If you do, take it as soon as you remember; but if it is almost time for your next dose, skip it and take it according to your normal schedule. Don’t consume two doses at the same time which may be dangerous to your health.
Dosage: Take the medicine at the prescribed time and dosage as recommended by your doctor.
For children: Talk to your doctor before giving the tablet.
Avoid using more than the prescribed dosage. In case of an accidental overdose, look for any new symptoms. If you observe any, promptly seek medical advice or report it to the nearby poison control center.
Take the Carnipill EQ Tablet only on the advice of a medical practitioner. Dosage adjustment or complete avoidance of the medication may be required in the following conditions:

It is used to help growth and good health. It is used to stop or treat vitamin C deficiency. It is used to lower the urines pH.
Take with or without food. Take with food if it causes an upset stomach. Take with a full glass of water. Mix powder with water and drink. There is a liquid (solution) if you cannot swallow pills. Those who have feeding tubes may also use the liquid. Flush the feeding tube before and after this drug is given. Chewable tablet: Chew or crush well. Mix crushed tablet with food. Do not swallow it whole. Long-acting products: Swallow whole. Do not chew, break, or crush.

Take a missed dose as soon as you think about it. If it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your normal time. Do not take 2 doses at the same time or extra doses.
If you have an allergy to ascorbic acid or any other part of this drug. Tell your doctor if you are allergic to any drugs. Make sure to tell about the allergy and what signs you had. This includes telling about rash; hives; itching; shortness of breath; wheezing; cough; swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat; or any other signs.
If you think there was an overdose, call your local poison control center or ER right away. Signs of a very bad reaction to the drug. These include wheezing; chest tightness; fever; itching; bad cough; blue or gray skin color; seizures; or swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat. Back pain, belly pain, or blood in the urine. May be signs of a kidney stone. Any rash. Side effect or health problem is not better or you are feeling worse.
Sometimes drugs are not safe when you take them with certain other drugs and food. - Taking them together can cause bad side effects. - Be sure to talk to your doctor about all the drugs you take.
Avoid alcohol and grapefruit juice.
Store in a cool, dry place away from the reach of children. - Medicines must not be used past the expiry date.
