It works by slowing down the processes that damage cells, regulating the intestinal fluid transport, facilitates the synthesis of proteins and DNA in cartilage, neutralize free radicals by blocking the damage caused by them, works as an antioxidant to protect cells. Selenium plays a vital role in bone formation. Zinc sulphate aids in the absorption of calcium in the body and is needed for the body’s defensive (immune) system to properly work and plays a task in cell growth, cellular division, wound healing, and the breakdown of carbohydrates.
