Dabifib 110MG capsule is an anticoagulant used to reduce the risk of stroke and prevent the blood from clotting. This medicine is prescribed in deep vein thrombosis (blood clot formation in legs), pulmonary embolism (blood clot in lung), prophylaxis for myocardial infarction (prevent clot formation in vessels that supply blood to heart) and in prevention of thromboembolism in atrial fibrillation (irregular heartbeat) as well as patients who have undergone a hip replacement surgery. It is a perfect blood thinner and keeps the blood flowing smoothly. Close monitoring of the kidney and liver function is necessary while receiving this medicine due to increase in the risk of bleeding. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients below 18 years of age.
