      How to Use

      How to Use

      Dabigo 110mg Tab can be taken with food or on an empty stomach. The dose and duration should be followed as prescribed by your doctor. It is best to take this medicine at a fixed time. It is important that this medicine should not be taken more than the recommended dose.
      Swallow the tablet whole with water, immediately after opening the tablet from the strip. Do not try to break/crush/chew the tablet.
      Avoid missing or forgetting a dose. If you do, take it as soon as you remember; but if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take it at the next scheduled time. Do not take two doses of this medicine at the same time as it can be dangerous to your health.
      Bear in mind that it takes a few weeks for the medicine to work so you need to take it regularly even if you feel it is not doing you any good. You must keep taking the medicine until your doctor advises you to stop.
      This tab should be taken only by the person for whom it has been recommended by a qualified physician.

      Overdosage

      Signs and symptoms MAY BE NOTED in case of an overdosage. If you notice any unusual or abnormal reactions in your body after taking this medicine, please contact your doctor immediately. It is best to avoid taking more than the prescribed dosage of this medicine. Depending on the dosage, symptoms may vary from individual to individual.       Kidney:

      safe to use in case of any kidney ailment/disorder? This medicine is unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease. This tablet affects the kidneys. It is advisable to consult your doctor and let him/her know in advance if you have any ailments related to the renal issues before using this medicine.

      Liver:

      safe to use in case of any liver ailment/disorder? This medicine may be unsafe to use by patients with liver ailments. This medicine may harm the liver and people with liver disease may be at increased risk of developing severe complications. Tell your doctor in order to make sure the medicine is helping you and not causing any harm.

      Pregnancy:

      safe to use in pregnant women? This medicine may be unsafe for pregnant women. Although only limited studies have been carried out in humans, studies done on animals have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. This medicine is a powerful medicine and therefore, it should be taken by pregnant women only when recommended by the physician. The doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing this medicine.

      Lactation:

      safe to use in breastfeeding women? This medicine may be unsafe if you are breastfeeding. This tablet should not be taken unless your doctor says it is necessary to use during breastfeeding.       Alcohol:

      Driving:

      Food:

      Interactions between food and drugs may inadvertently reduce or increase the effect of the drug. Reduced anticoagulant effect with foods rich in vitamin K (e.g. green leafy vegetables, liver, broccoli, brussels sprouts). Cranberry juice may increase INR and risk of bleeding.       Drug interactions may be dangerous as they could change how your medications work or increase your risk for serious side effects. Be sure to keep a list of all the medicines you use for other illnesses including prescription medicines and herbal products in order to share it with your doctor. Direct-acting antivirals may diminish the anticoagulant effect of vitamin K antagonists. Increased risk of bleeding with other anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, NSAIDs, serotonin reuptake inhibitors. It is potentially fatal as there is an increased risk of bleeding with fibrinolytic drugs. Do not start Dabigo 110mg Tab on your own. Please consult your doctor.
