      Composition

The active ingredients of Diclotroy QPS topical 30ML solution are Alcohol (10% V/V) and Diclofenac (4%W/V)

      Mechanism of Action of Drugs

      Mechanism of Action of Drugs

Diclofenac works by blocking clyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) enzyme in your body. When this enzyme is blocked, your body decreases the amount of inflammatory chemicals it makes thereby reducing inflammation and pain. Alcohol acts as a counterirritant by causing the skin to feel cool first and then warm. These feelings on the skin distract you from feeling the pains/aches deeper in your muscles, joints and tendons.
