      The active ingredients of Dubinor Tab are Mecobalamin 1500 MCG+Nortriptyline 10 MG+Pregabalin 75 MG.

      Dubinor Tab decreases the pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. This medicine also protects nerve fibers and heal damaged nerve cells.

      How to Use

      Dubinor Tab can be taken with food or on an empty stomach. The dose and duration should be followed as prescribed by your doctor. It is best to take this medicine at a fixed time. It is important that this medicine should not be taken more than the recommended dose.
      Swallow the tablet whole with water, immediately after opening the tablet from the strip. Do not try to break/crush/chew the tablet.
      Avoid missing or forgetting a dose. If you do, take Dubinor Tab as soon as you remember; but if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take it at the next scheduled time. Do not take two doses of this medicine at the same time as it can be dangerous to your health.
      Bear in mind that it takes a few weeks for the medicine to work so you need to take it regularly even if you feel it is not doing you any good. You must keep taking the medicine until your doctor advises you to stop.
      Dubinor Tab should be taken only by the person for whom it has been recommended by a qualified physician.

      Signs and symptoms MAY BE NOTED in case of an overdosage. If you notice any unusual or abnormal reactions in your body after taking this medicine, please contact your doctor immediately.       Kidney:

      safe to use in case of any kidney ailment/disorder? Dubinor Tab may make it hard for your kidneys to perform essential tasks like getting rid of waste from the body, keeping your blood pressure steady, making red blood cells. Also, if your kidneys are already damaged, be sure to tell your doctor.

      Liver:

      safe to use in case of any liver ailment/disorder? Dubinor Tab is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. There might be slight/mild side-effects on patients with liver ailments. The limited data available suggests that adjustments of doses of this medicine may not be needed in these patients. It is advisable to consult your doctor and let him/her know in advance if you have any ailments related to the liver before using this medicine.

      Pregnancy:

      safe to use in pregnant women? Dubinor Tab may be unsafe for pregnant women. Although only limited studies have been carried out in humans, studies done on animals have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. This medicine is a powerful medicine and therefore, it should be taken by pregnant women only when recommended by the physician.       Lactation:

      safe to use in breastfeeding women? Dubinor Tab may be unsafe and may lead to serious and adverse side effects if you are breastfeeding. This tablet should not be taken unless your doctor says it is necessary to use during breastfeeding. Studies have shown that a small amount of the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. Whether this medicine may be used or not by a breast-feeding mother should be decided by the doctor.

      Alcohol:

      is it okay to consume alcohol during the use of this medicine? Mixing alcohol and medications may increase the risk of adverse reactions or complications, decrease the effectiveness of medications or even render them useless. Interactions of alcohol with drugs may make them harmful or even toxic to the body. Consumption of alcohol is not advisable. Please consult your doctor.

      Driving:

      does this medicine make you dizzy/ interfere with your sleep? Most people do not realize that many prescription and over-the-counter medicines can cause drowsiness and impair the ability to drive, thus making driving dangerous for themselves and others.       What is mecobalamin for:

      It is used to prevent and treat low vitamin B12. Lack of vitamin B12 may cause anemia and damage to the nerves. It is used to treat diabetic neuropathy and peripheral neuropathy.

      How does mecobalamin work:

      It is an essential nutrient that helps the body make healthy red blood and nerve cells.

      How should mecobalamin be used:

      Take with or without food. Take with food if it causes an upset stomach.

      Headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, skin rash, hot flushes

      What do I do if I miss a dose

      Take a missed dose as soon as you think about it. If it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your normal time. Do not take 2 doses at the same time or extra doses.

      Seek help if you have signs of a very bad reaction to the drug. These include wheezing; chest tightness; fever; itching; bad cough; blue or gray skin color; seizures; or swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat. Swelling, warmth, or pain in the leg or arm. Talk to your doctor if you have very loose stools (diarrhea), are feeling very tired or weak, have a rash.

      Can I take mecobalamin with other medicines:

      Use with neomycin, aminosalicylic acid, cimetidine and cochicine will decrease absorption. Inform doctor about all other drugs you are taking including herbals.

      How do I store mecobalamin :

      Store in a cool, dry place away from the reach of children. Medicines must not be used past the expiry date.
