      Composition

      Composition

The active ingredient of Ecosprin Tablet 75mg is Aspirin (also known as Acetylsalicylic Acid (ASA)) 75mg.

      Mechanism of Action of Drugs

      Mechanism of Action of Aspirin:

With its analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and anti-platelet properties, Aspirin irreversibly withholds cyclooxygenase, reduces thromboxane A2 and prostaglandin synthesis. Prostaglandins are the components responsible for inflammation, pain and platelet aggregation. Thus by reducing the synthesis of these, the inflammation is controlled.
