Endobloc T Kit tablet is primarily used for treating pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure levels in the arteries connecting the heart and lungs) and erectile dysfunction, which is also called impotence, in men. Erectile dysfunction is a condition where a man is unable to achieve or maintain adequate penile erection for sexual intercourse. This happens when there is decreased blood flow to the penis. The decreased blood flow may be due to chronic life style factors such as smoking, drinking or due to physical complications following an injury or diseases such as diabetes, neuropathy, prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia or due to psychological conditions such as depression, stress, anxiety, etc. This medicine relaxes the smooth muscles present in the wall of blood vessels and helps in increasing blood flow to the penis. However, the uses mentioned are not exhaustive, there may be other conditions for which the medication may be used upon your doctor’s discretion.
The active ingredients of Endobloc T Kit tablet are Ambrisentan (5Mg) and Tadalafil (20Mg)
Tadalafil works by relaxing the smooth muscles present in the walls of blood vessels in the penis. The action of the medicine is limited to particular areas of the body and thus, when there is sexual stimulation, it increases the blood flow in the penis, resulting in improved and successful penile erection. The tablet does not show any effect when there is no sexual stimulation. Ambrisentan is an endothelin receptor blocker that blocks the action of endothelin, a natural substance that causes blood vessels to constrict, causing increase in the pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs. The medicine decreases the blood pressure in pulmonary blood vessels when used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension.
