Swallow the tablet whole with water, immediately after opening the tablet from the strip. Do not try to break/crush/chew the tablet.

Avoid missing or forgetting a dose. If you do, take Floraking Tab as soon as you remember; but if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take it at the next scheduled time. Do not take two doses of this medication at the same time as it can be dangerous to your health.

For best results, take it with or without food daily at the same time.

Driving:

It is used to treat loose stools (diarrhea). It is used to ease too much gas in the stomach.

Lactobacillus keeps the normal balance of bacteria and yeast in the GI (gastrointestinal) tract.

How should lactobacillus be used:

Take with or without food. Take with food if it causes an upset stomach. Swallow capsule whole. Do not chew, break, or crush. You may sprinkle contents of capsule on soft food or liquid. Do not chew. Chewable tablet: Chew or crush well. Mix crushed tablet with food. Do not swallow it whole.
