Alert your doctor if you are taking Gen D3 1K capsule with bile acid sequestrants such as cholestyramine/ colestipol, mineral oil, orlistat (as they can decrease the absorption), tetracyclines, benzalkonium chloride, antacids containing aluminium salts, thiazide diuretics (decreases urinary excretion of calcium), ibuprofen, diclofenac, indomethacin, meloxicam and other NSAIDs.
