Grilinctus LS Syrup 100ml is used in the treatment of cough and common cold and this medicine also relieve from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma. This syrup also relieves from congestion caused by common cold, infections, and allergies. However, the uses mentioned here are not exhaustive. There may be other conditions for which this medication may be used upon doctor’s discretion.
The active ingredients of Grilinctus LS Syrup 100ml are Ambroxol 30mg, Guaifenesin 50mg, and Levosalbutamol 1mg/5ml.
Ambroxol stimulates the release of some surfactants which have anti-glue factors which help to reduce stickiness of mucus to the bronchial wall. Along with this, this drug also protects against infections.
Guaifenesin acts on the respiratory tract secretions by reducing their viscosity or loosen the mucus to expel it out.
Levosalbutamol helps in relaxing the muscles in airways and also improves the airflow in the lungs in both directions.

Grilinctus LS Syrup 100ml is meant for oral administration. Shake the bottle well before consuming. Dosage can be administered with the cap that comes along with the container.
Avoid missing a dose. If you do, take it as soon as you remember; but if it is time for your next dose, skip it and take it according to your normal schedule. Do not consume two doses at the same time which is dangerous to your health.
Grilinctus LS Syrup may be taken with or without food.
Dosage as suggested by your doctor or follow the instructions given on the prescription.
Avoid taking more than the prescribed dosage. In case of an accidental overdose, look for any new symptoms. If you observe any, promptly seek medical advice or report it to the nearby poison control center.
Take the syrup only on the advice of a medical practitioner. Dosage adjustment or complete avoidance of the medication may be required in the following conditions:

It is a mucolytic and mucokinetic agent. Makes the sputum thinner and less viscous and therefore more easily removed by coughing.
