      Hafoos 75GM cream is used for the nourishment of skin and underlying tissues. It is prescribed for treating hyperkeratotic conditions such as dry, rough, scaly skin, dermatitis, psoriasis, xerosis, ichthyosis, eczema, keratosis, keratoderma, corns and calluses, damaged, ingrown and devitalized nails. It also prevents excess loss of water from the skin surface. It promotes effective healing, soothes red, sensitive and irritated skin. The ingredients used in the cream leave skin soft and moisturised. However, the uses of this cream mentioned here are not exhaustive, there may be other conditions for which the medication may be used upon your doctor’s discretion.

      The active ingredients of Hafoos 75GM cream are Ammonium chloride (0.5% W/W), Calcium lactate (0.5% W/W), Glycerine (3% W/W), Salicylic acid (6% W/W), Magnesium chloride (0.3% W/W), Potassium chloride (0.5% W/W), Sodium chloride (0.5% W/W), Sodium dihydrogen phosphate (0.5% W/W) and Urea (12% W/W)

      Salicylic acid shows mild antibacterial and antifungal effects. It topically improves skin hydration and destroy outer horny skin layer thereby softening and smoothing the skin. Urea is a substance that is naturally found in the skin, has skin hydrating and mild keratolytic effects. It makes the skin supple and soft and also acts as an antipruritic agent.
