Uses and Benefits

Jointace Trio Tab is a combination medicine which is used as a nutritional supplement to reduce joint pain and improve overall bone health. Jointace Trio Tab inhibits the enzymes responsible for inflammation in the body thereby aiding in reducing joint discomfort and rigidity. Jointace Trio Tab also improves flexibility and physical function of the body. However, the uses mentioned here may not be exhaustive. There may be other reasons or situations in which this medicine might be used.

Composition

The active ingredients of Jointace Trio Tab are Aflapin 100 MG+Collagen 40 MG+Mobilee 40 MG

Mechanism of Action of Drugs

The Chondroitin sulfate in Jointace Trio Tab is used for osteoarthritis and also cataracts. Collagen peptides in Jointace Trio Tab are used for osteoporosis, muscle strength, aging skin and many other conditions. Aflapin is a 5-LOX inhibitor and it suppresses an enzyme (5-lipoxygenase) that is responsible for swelling, joint pains and stiffness. Aflapin also protects the cartilage which is the soft tissue that cushions joints.

Patients with the following conditions are suggested to seek advice from their health care professionals before taking this medicine

• Hypersensitivity or allergy to this tab or any of its components
• Allergy to any other drugs
• Liver ailments
• Any other ailments or illnesses that you may have

Side and Adverse Effects

How to Use

Jointace Trio Tab can be taken with food or on an empty stomach. The dose and duration should be followed as prescribed by your doctor. It is best to take it at a fixed time. It is important that this medicine should not be taken more than the recommended dose.
Swallow the tablet whole with water, immediately after opening the tablet from the strip. Do not try to break/crush/chew the tablet.
Avoid missing or forgetting a dose. If you do, take this tab as soon as you remember; but if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take it at the next scheduled time. Do not take two doses at the same time.
This tab should be taken only by the person for whom it has been recommended by a qualified physician.

It is best to take Jointace Trio Tab only on the advice of a medical practitioner. Adjustment of dosage or avoidance of the medication may be required in the following conditions:

Kidney:

safe to use in case of any kidney ailment/disorder? Since there is limited information available on the use of this medicine in patients with kidney disease, it is advisable to consult your doctor and let him/her know in advance if you have any ailments related to the renal issues.

Liver:

safe to use in case of any liver ailment/disorder? This medicine may be unsafe to use by patients with liver ailments. This medicine may harm the liver and people with liver disease may be at increased risk of developing severe complications. Tell your doctor in order to make sure the medicine is helping you and not causing any harm.

Pregnancy:

safe to use in pregnant women? This medicine may be unsafe for pregnant women. Although only limited studies have been carried out in humans, studies done on animals have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. This is a powerful medicine and therefore, it should be taken by pregnant women only when recommended by the physician. The doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing this tab.

Lactation:

safe to use in breastfeeding women? This medicine may be unsafe and may lead to serious and adverse side effects if you are breastfeeding. This tablet should not be taken unless your doctor says it is necessary to use during breastfeeding. Studies have shown that a small amount of the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. Whether it may be used or not by a breast-feeding mother should be decided by the doctor.

Alcohol:

is it okay to consume alcohol during the use of this medicine? Mixing alcohol and medications may increase the risk of adverse reactions or complications, decrease the effectiveness of medications or even render them useless. Driving:

Most people do not realize that many prescription and over-the-counter medicines can cause drowsiness and impair the ability to drive, thus making driving dangerous for themselves and others. Food:
