It also aids in prevention of migraines, heart attacks and stroke. The medicine works by slowing down the activity of your heart allowing it to beat slower and less forcefully and also relaxes the blood vessels and improves blood flow and oxygen in the body, thereby reducing the risk of getting chest pain. This medicine is used with a proper healthy diet and exercise program to control high blood pressure for best possible effects. However, the uses mentioned here are not comprehensive, there may be other conditions for which the medication may be used upon your doctor’s discretion.

If you do, take the tablet as soon as remember, but it’s almost time for your next dose, skip the previous dose and take it according to your normal scheduled time. Continue to use this drug until completion of the maximum amount suggested.
      Metpure XL 50MG tablet may be taken with or without food. If significant stomach upset occurs, it could be taken with food. The tablet is usually taken not more than once a day. Take the tablet at the same time every day as it helps to maintain consistent level of medicine in the body.

      Overdosage

      Avoid taking medicine more than the prescribed dosage. If you notice any unusual or abnormal reactions after taking the tablet, promptly seek medical attention. Depending on the dosage of Metpure XL 50MG tablet, symptoms vary in individuals, you may experience one or more of the following symptoms:

      Liver:

      Caution is advised among people with liver problems. Dose adjustments of the Metpure XL 50MG tablet may be needed. If you have any hepatic problems, it is highly recommended that you consult doctor before the consumption of this medicine.

      Pregnancy:

      Metpure XL 50MG is not considered safe to use in pregnant women unless the potential benefits outweigh the risks involved. Despite the fact that there are limited studies in human beings, animal studies have shown effects on the developing baby. It is recommended that you consult your doctor before consuming this medicine.

      Lactation:

      The medicine is likely unsafe to use for nursing mothers. Limited human data suggests that the medication may pass into the breastmilk and harm the infant. Consult your doctor immediately if the baby shows signs of increased sleepiness, breathing problems or difficulty in breast feeding.

      Alcohol:

      Consumption of alcohol with Metpure XL 50MG tablet is not recommended as it increases side effects such as difficulty in concentration, dizziness, light headedness. Any symptoms of abnormal reactions after taking the medicine should be reported to your doctor immediately.

      Driving:
