      Noble MR tablet is a combination medicine used for the treatment of pain, fever and inflammation associated with muscle spasm. It is used in moderate to severe pain relief, treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, spondylitis, osteoarthritis. The tablet effectively relieves muscle stiffness, thereby improving muscle movement. Use of this medicine is not suitable for everybody. However, the uses mentioned here are not comprehensive, there may be other conditions for which the medication may be used upon your doctor’s discretion.

      The active ingredients of Noble MR tablet are Aceclofenac (100Mg) and Tizanidine (2Mg)

      Aceclofenac (analgesic and antipyretic) is a pain-relieving medicine which work by blocking the release of prostaglandins (chemical messengers) in the brain that increase pain, fever and inflammation. Tizanidine is a muscle relaxant that works on the spinal cord and brain to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve movement of muscles.

      How to Use

      How to Use

      Take Noble MR tablet as instructed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, immediately after opening it from the strip. Do not break or crush or chew the tablet.
      Avoid missing or forgetting the dose. If you do, take it as soon as you remember; but if it’s almost time for your next dose, skip it and take it according to your normal schedule. Don’t swallow two doses at the same time which is dangerous to your health.
      The tablet should be taken with food or immediately after meals. The tablet should not be taken more than twice a day. Take the tablet at the same time every day as it helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body.
      Do not change the dose or stop taking the medicine before completion of the course or without consulting your doctor. Continue to use this drug until completion of the maximum amount suggested.

      Overdosage

      Avoid taking medicine more than the prescribed dosage. If you notice any unusual or abnormal reactions after taking the tablet, promptly seek medical attention. Depending on the dosage of Noble MR tab, symptoms vary in individuals, you may experience one or more of the following symptoms:

      Use this tablet on the advice of medical practitioner. Dose adjustments or complete avoidance of the Noble MR tablet may be required in the following conditions:

      Kidney:

      Caution is advised among people with kidney problems. Adjustments of dose of the medicine may be needed. If you have any renal problems, it is highly recommended that you consult doctor before the consumption of this medicine.

      Liver:

      Extreme caution is advised among people with liver problems. Dose adjustments of the tablet may be needed. If you have any hepatic problems, it is highly recommended that you consult doctor before the consumption of this medicine. Any symptoms such as nausea, fever, dark urine etc should be reported to your doctor immediately. However, use of this tablet is not suggested in patients with severe liver diseases.

      Pregnancy:

      Noble MR tablet is not considered safe to use in pregnant women unless the potential benefits outweigh the risks involved. Despite the fact that there are limited studies in human beings, animal studies have shown effects on the developing baby. It is recommended that you consult your doctor before consuming this medicine.

      Lactation:

      This medicine is not considered safe to use in nursing mothers unless the potential benefits outweigh the risks involved. Since limited information is available about the safety of taking this tablet, consult your doctor if you are nursing mother and stay on the safe side.

      Alcohol:

      Consumption of alcohol with Noble MR tablet is not recommended as it increases side effects of the medicine such as risk of liver injuries, gastrointestinal bleeding, dizziness, light headedness. If you notice any unusual or abnormal reactions after taking the tablet, report to your doctor immediately.

      Driving:

      The tablet may decrease alertness, cause impaired judgement, affect your vision and make you feel dizzy, light headedness, do not drive, operate heavy machinery or involve in any works which may demand your attention or physical strength.

      Food:

      Avoid grape fruit juice and alcohol as they may alter serum levels.

      Drug Interactions:

      Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any other medicines which includes over-the-counter drugs, herbal tonics, supplements and medicines that you buy without a prescription. Alert your doctor if you are taking Noble MR tablet with isoniazid, cholestyramine, metoclopramide, lithium, digoxin, ramipril, prednisolone, methotrexate, carbamazepine, barbiturates, hydantoins, adefovir, warfarin.

      Precautions

      How should Nimesulide be used:

      Take Nimesulide exactly as directed by your doctor. Do not take more than instructed by your doctor.

      Common side effects of Nimesulide :

      Nimesulide may cause dizziness. If you feel dizzy, do not drive or take part in any activity in which you need to be alert. Nimesulide is likely to cause stomach discomfort such as nausea, diarrhoea and stomach pain. Be sure to take it with food. This will help minimise the stomach discomfort.

      What do I do if I miss a dose

      Take a missed dose as soon as you think about it. If it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your normal time. Do not take 2 doses at the same time or extra doses. Do not change the dose or stop this drug. Talk with the doctor.

      What precautions should I take when taking Nimesulide :

      Do not take Nimesulide if you: - are pregnant or breastfeeding. - have a history of allergic reactions (swollen eyes or mouth, difficulty breathing, rashes) to similar medicines such as aspirin, diclofenac, mefenamic acid, ibuprofen, indomethacin, ketoprofen, naproxen or piroxicam. - asthma - stomach ulcers or bleeding from the stomach. - problems with blood clotting.

      When do I need to seek medical help

      If you think there was an overdose, call your local poison control center or ER right away. Signs of a very bad reaction to the drug. These include wheezing; chest tightness; fever; itching; bad cough; blue or gray skin color; seizures; or swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat. Signs of infection.
