Omee MPS Suspension 170ml is used to treat excess gas In the intestine and also used to relieve from heartburn, bloating, and acid indigestion. This suspension is also used to recover one from acidity, sour stomach, upset stomach and used as a laxative which relieves from constipation depending upon the dosage taken. The active ingredients of Omee Suspension 170ml are Aluminium Hydroxide 200mg, Dimethicone 25mg, and Magnesium Hydroxide 200mg/5ml.
Aluminium Hydroxide is an inorganic salt which acts by neutralizing the hydrochloric acid in the stomach.
Dimethicone is used as a carminative. Therefore, relieves from excess gas in the alimentary canal.

Caution always advised when used with other medicine especially this medicine may interfere with absorption of Tetracyclines, Penicillins, Sulfonamides, Digoxin, Indometacin, Naproxen, Phenylbutazone, Quinidine, and Vitamins.
Magnesium Hydroxide may decrease the absorption rate of Tetracyclines and Biphosphonates.
