How To Use Sensodyne Rapid Relief Paste

• Brush twice a day and not more than three times, minimize swallowing and spit out
• For rapid relief, first squeeze a pea sized amount of Sensodyne Rapid Relief Paste on a clean finger tip and gently rub on the base of the sensitive teeth for 1 minute.
• Rub on sensitive teeth a maximum of two times per day
