Wash your hands before the application of drops into the eyes. First, tilt your head backward by sitting or lying down on the bed. Gently pull down the lower eyelid of the affected eye with your index finger then squeeze the drops into the eyes. Close your eyes for a few seconds; do not blink or open your eyes in between to avoid the liquid may draining out of the eye. Wash hands well.
