      Premarin cream is an estrogen derivative that is used to treat vaginal atrophy and post-menopause symptoms such as hot flushes, moderate to severe vaginal dryness, itching and burning in and around vagina. It maintains the estrogen levels in the body in women who are undergoing or have attained menopause thereby reducing the inflammation of the vaginal wall by preventing it from becoming thin and dry. However, the uses of this cream mentioned here are not exhaustive, there may be other conditions for which the medication may be used upon your doctor’s discretion.
