Salicylic acid acts a keratolytic agent and achieves a slow, painless destruction of warts (thickened upper layer of skin) and shedding the scales which are bound by it. It breaks keratin lumps, removes dead cells and softens the skin.

Feeling very tired, weak, or touchy; trembling; having a fast heartbeat, confusion, sweating, or dizziness if you missed a dose or recently stopped this drug. Very bad skin irritation. Any rash.
