Silodal 8MG capsule is an alpha-adrenergic antagonist that is used in men to relieve the symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia) such as painful urination, difficulty in passing urine and urinary urgency or frequency. Take Silodal 8MG capsule as instructed by your doctor. Swallow the capsule whole with water, immediately after opening it from the strip. Do not break or crush or chew the capsule.

This medication is a a1-adrenoceptor antagonist, prescribed for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) (enlarged prostate). It works by relaxing muscles in the prostate and bladder.
In men, it is used to treat the signs of an enlarged prostate.
It comes as a capsule to take by mouth, with food. The recommended dose is 8 mg orally once daily with a meal.
Feeling dizzy. Rise slowly over a few minutes when sitting or lying down. Be careful climbing. Headache. Loose stools (diarrhea). Change in sex ability. This most often goes back to normal.

These include wheezing; chest tightness; fever; itching; bad cough; blue or gray skin color; seizures; or swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat. Very bad dizziness or passing out. Chest pain or pressure. Very bad headache. Dark urine or yellow skin or eyes. Any rash. Side effect or health problem is not better or you are feeling worse.
Sometimes drugs are not safe when you take them with certain other drugs and food. - Taking them together can cause bad side effects. - Be sure to talk to your doctor about all the drugs you take.
